Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Shipping is free on orders over $100 — below that, ground shipping starts at $5.99. Every order ships in discreet, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside identifying the contents. We ship to most US states; see our FAQ for current exclusions.

Because our products are consumable hemp goods, all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email Support@stayluminate.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
