Is Luminate legal where I live?
All Luminate products are derived from federally compliant hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. We ship to most of the United States, but we cannot ship to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
State and local laws change, so it remains your responsibility to confirm legality in your jurisdiction before ordering. If an order can't be legally fulfilled, we'll notify you by email and refund it in full.
How is my order packaged?
Every Luminate order ships in discreet, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the box identifying the contents or the brand.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery at Support@stayluminate.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
Photos are required for us to process a claim, and claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery can't be honored — so please open your package and check it over when it arrives.
Can I return a product?
Because our products are consumable hemp goods, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please double-check your strain, size, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout.
The one exception is above: if what arrives is damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 3 days and we'll take care of it.
How long does shipping take, and can I track it?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. Delivery time after that varies by carrier and destination.
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Below that, standard ground shipping starts at $5.99, with faster options available at checkout.
Are your products lab tested?
Every batch. All Luminate products are independently tested by a certified third-party laboratory for potency, cannabinoid profile, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbials.
You can read the actual Certificate of Analysis for any strain we carry on our Lab Results page — every strain name there is a link to its full report. You can also request a COA at any time at Support@stayluminate.com.
What is THCA?
THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a cannabinoid found naturally in the hemp plant. All Luminate products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight and are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.
What's the difference between your flower grades?
Our flower is sorted by nugget size and quality tier, which is why two products at the same weight can differ in price. Smalls are smaller, denser buds — the best value per gram. Bigs are larger whole buds. Mids and Premium step up in potency, aroma, and appearance. Every grade is the same hand-trimmed, slow-cured flower and every grade is lab tested.
Do I need to be a certain age to purchase?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase any Luminate product. By using this site you confirm you meet the minimum legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Are your products FDA approved?
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
