Do I need to be a certain age to purchase?

Are your products legal?

All Luminate products are derived from federally compliant hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Individual state laws may vary — it is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction before ordering.

Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively within the United States to states where our products are lawful. Certain states may be restricted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate applicable state or local laws.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Are your products lab tested?

Yes. Every Luminate batch is third-party tested for purity, potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page and upon request at Support@stayluminate.com.

What is THCA?

THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a cannabinoid found naturally in hemp. All Luminate products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight and are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Can I return a product?

All sales are final. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at Support@stayluminate.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Are your products FDA approved?

No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
