Luminate currently ships exclusively within the United States.
Due to the evolving nature of hemp-derived cannabinoid regulations, certain Luminate products may be restricted in specific states or local jurisdictions. Product availability is determined based on your shipping address at checkout.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Luminate, you acknowledge and agree that:

If your order is canceled due to shipping restrictions, you will be notified via email and refunded for any affected items.

How to Start a Return

Our team will provide step-by-step instructions, including where to send your item and how to prepare it properly.
Returned products must be shipped back within the approved return window.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Purchased directly from the official Luminate website
Please have your order number or receipt available when contacting support.
If your product has been opened and you are not satisfied, we still encourage you to reach out. In certain situations, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Partial refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We will resolve the issue promptly by either:

Clearance & Sale Items

Exchanges
Luminate only processes exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
